Korean Ground Beef and Rice Bowls

Open Prairie® Natural* Angus ground beef, about 1 pound
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup green beans
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Slice and chop green onion.

Mince 3 cloves of garlic.

Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger and peppers in a small bowl.

Brown ground beef in a skillet.

Add steamed green beans to the ground beef.

Pour sauce over ground beef and green beans and let simmer.

Serve over hot rice.

Garnish with some green onion and sesame seeds.
