Silver Spur Ranch raises cattle in three states: Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. The original ranch began in Wyoming in the early 1900s. Thad York’s grandfather began managing the Wyoming ranch in the late 1950s.  Now Thad is the third generation, and one day his son will be the fourth generation of the York family to work on the ranch.

York says the natural emphasis on their ranch has greatly increased in the last ten years. “The natural standards we uphold are an extremely important aspect of what we do. Our focus is to keep things as natural as possible.”
